[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] • Providing technical and structural support to lean experts in both production locations [ÀÚ°Ý] • Master in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing (e.g. Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent • Six Sigma and/or LEAN certification preferred • Work experience at manufacturing and/or engineering environments more than 10 years at companies applying Lean activities • At least 4 years work experience as Lean manager or consultant • Possesses a general understanding of technical topics (through technical background or work experience) or a related field • Analytical, conceptual and structured thinking • Excellent communication skills, self-organization • Very good level of English spoken and written, other languages are an advantage • Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications, including the ability to rationalize conclusions, make recommendations, and comply with documentation requirements • Must be able to present complex and/or technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences so they can understand and act on the information • Proven implementation responsibility in the area of continuous development • Work effectively with others in a diverse and inclusive matrix environment • Willingness and no restrictions to travel also overseas [±Ù¹«ºÎ¼ ¹× Á÷±Þ/Á÷Ã¥]
