ÁÖ¿ä ¾÷¹«

. Perform warranty claim research for the products that the company provides to all OEM.

. Monitor claim trends and identify specific failure modes.

. Analyze and estimates a potential cost impact to the company due to field issues.

. Recognize emerging claim trends or failures.

. Approve warranty invoices based on findings and objects to customers for the claims that the company is not responsible.

. Perform chargeback to suppliers based on the contracts.

. Collect Q-cost data from the related teams in the company and communicates with the company HQ regarding the collected data.

. Communicate with customers as a focal point for field issues, claim cost, incident parts information, etc.

. Attend customer warranty meetings as required. Work closely with customers to assure customer satisfaction.

. Receive and coordinate incident parts from all OEMs.

. Maintain tracking system of warranty returned parts.

. Inform related teams of failures and initiate an investigation in the company.

. Conduct the required tests and measurements for part analysis.

. Create technical reports on investigations, analysis, and recommendations for related teams in global operation.

ÀÚ°Ý ¿ä°Ç

. Bachelor degree in Engineering

. Flexible schedule to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as required

. Be able to travel in the USA and abroad as required

. Bilingual (Korean, English)

¡¤ Tooling/fixture design experience

¡¤ Strong organizational skills

¡¤ Demonstrated history of increasing productivity in an foundry environment

¡¤ Ability and desire to provide daily "hands-on" floor support

¡¤ Experience in solving in solving manufacturing issues, knowledge of SPC, Gage R&R & process capability indices

¡¤ Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel Macro))
