Responsible for Improve overall line operation efficiency and participate in new project. Improve product quality and safety. Assist and support team member following manager’s direction

주요 업무
· Responsible for process improvements and daily manufacturing engineering support to the plant
· Assist in developing a business plan for the manufacturing area assigned to
· Assist with the quote process for new projects
· Provide technical support for maintenance and production
· Solve major quality Issues in terms of engineering points
· Assist and prepare capital projects for the plant area
· Standardize line operation including documentation
· Manage process variation by reviewing quality reports and implement corrective action for all non-compliance to ensure/maintain process control and capability
· Demonstrate a positive attitude, teamwork, and cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors

자격 요건
· Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 3 years in machining experience.
· Understanding of GD&T for machining drawing
· Basic knowledge for Cutting tool and Cutting conditions at Machining Field
· Automotive experience in a high volume machining environment a plus
· Comprehensive Understanding of CNC program
