- Lead/support HR projects as an HRIS expert, partnering with stakeholders to implement new systems, procedures, and guidelines.
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting support to local HR team for the Workday system.
- Ensure the timely and accurate maintenance of HR systems, employee data and reports.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders within the timeline.
- Streamline Workday processes to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Follow HR processes diligently and continuously seek improvements.
- Design and update clear and accessible HR processes, guidelines, and documentation.
- Design, implement, and enhance HR workflow/process – be a subject matter expert for all operational aspects of HR processes.
- Provide support for HR projects and undertake additional responsibilities as required.
- Ad-hoc support to all other duties as required.

- At least 2 years of experience in HR. 

- Experience with HRIS systems, Workday preferred.

- Experience in HR Operations and HR Administration.

- High attention to detail.

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

- Good communication skills with internal and external business partners.

- Hands-on, well-organized, and able to handle muti-tasks simultaneously.

- Accuracy and Deadline & Detail Oriented

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
