- Finance and Accounting
- Review of bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance
- Execute closing and complete financial statements and month-end / year-end package
- Report expense trends and variance to budgets and ensure appropriate investigation and follow up
- Complete and liaise with local tax agent for Corporation tax, VAT, employee¡¯s income tax, etc
- Provide AR aging report and closely follow up on account receivables and customer credit analysis
- Complete the company cashflow
- Assist with preparation and updates on annual budget review
- Create and maintain master data of materials, customers, suppliers, warehouse, location, price changes, etc in SAP
- Prepare commentary on monthly results to provide an accurate picture for management
- Main contact for statutory audit and corporate income tax filing
- HR
- Work with local tax agent for payrolls
- Lead on the benefits administration (e.g. social insurance) for the employees
- Handle yearly income tax return process
- Maintain employees personnel records for all employees
- Conduct other administrative HR tasks as assigned
- Manage basic operations for office

- Manage legal matters and securely file all contracts
- Liaise with service provider such as real estate, IT service provider, etc
- Liaise with external parties such as bank, vendors, consultant, tax authority etc
- Purchase/control fixed assets and manage facilities
- Lead any other administrative roles within the business
- Act as office manager

- More than 7 years experience in finance & accounting
- Bachelor¡¯s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- SAP user preferred
- Good communication skill in Korean as well as English
- Must be self-motivated, have the ability to multi-tasks
