Education (degree):

1.       Bachelor degree with ideally a Master in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration)

Experience:

1.       Around 6 – 9 years of sales experience (at least 4-5 in account management)

2.       Man-management experience

3.       Experience in FMCG, working with A-brands and working in an international environment.

4.       Knows and understands the Hyper and CLSM business.

Language:

1.       Fluent in Korean

2.       Basic level of English is must and good level of English is preferred

Personal competences:

1.       Strong personality, serious partner in business, perfect sparring partner for customer relations at all disciplines

2.       Strong communicator both internal and external.

3.       Analytical, fact based, solution thinker (¡®how can we make this happen¡±)

4.       Hands on mentality,

5.       Understands the broader picture with an eye for detail.

6.       Entrepreneurial, high-energy level (no 9-5 mentality) and a good sense of humor

KPI¡¯s:

1.       N3 and REBIT (company level)

2.       Volume, N3 and CM by customer (personal level)

3.       Sales Forecast Accuracy (personal level)

4.       Global Score (personal level)
