1. Manage day to day operations across allocated accounts to ensure delivery of service in line with contracted obligations.
2. Provide positive and effective people leadership for site-based employees,

4. Manage staff rosters and leave planning for operational accounts,
5. Act as emergency backup to employees who are absent on leave,
6. Assist with operational setup for new clients and new services,
7. Support the Customer Services Supervisor in responding to client inquiries and acting as point of contact as and when necessary,
8. Contribute to achieving a high performing culture with engaged employees with strong commitment to customer service,
9. Ensure timely and accurate volume and financial data and other input are provided to the finance and administration teams; and
10. Lead by personal example and encourage all employees to conduct their activities in accordance with all applicable laws and the Company¡¯s standards and policies, including environmental, safety and health policies.
