Financial Reporting and Operations
Produce accurate, timely and relevant financial information with respect to the Branch’s operations including: o production of monthly and quarterly US GAAP financial reporting and management reporting for key stakeholders o production of expense management reports, identifying key variances to planned levels, key financial analyses in support of business planning and budgeting 
• Review financial results, identify financial accounting issues and provide the relevant results commentaries and explanation 
• Ownership of day to day finance operations such management of accounts payable processes with the Finance team 
• Ensure adequate internal controls are in place within the Finance operations and processes

Required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance 
• CPA, FSA, or equivalent professional qualification 
• 10+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting 
• Experience in insurance/reinsurance industry 
• Experience with local insurance regulatory compliance and financial reporting in Korea Experience in tax reporting and regulations in Korea 
• Experience in leading a team of Finance staff and collaborating with actuaries in valuation / reserving functions 

Preferred
• Experience with USGAAP accounting 
• Understanding of Sarbanes Oxley controls and requirements
