[담당업무] - Perform in-depth analysis of E-Commerce and Client service center data and share insights with stakeholders
- Analyze E-Commerce and client service center metrics such as sales, product line, the commercial calendar, inbound volume, average handle case, first response time, attrition and productivity
- Identify and prioritize the most significant opportunities and threats based on their impact on sales and customer experience to propose appropriate actions to the team
- Proactively analyze business problems and develop insights into underlying causes and opportunities by partnering with the E-Commerce Director and team to create actionable plans
- Develop business cases to support strategic decision-making for new initiatives
- Support ad-hoc reporting for the team and other administrative tasks
- Collaborate closely with Central team and propose updates based on observations of local trends and client behavior
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in E-commerce and Client service center
- Contribute to the development of mid / long- term strategies and roadmaps

학력사항: 대학교(4년)졸업
- Minimum
6 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce, client service center or
business analysis - Familiarity
with E-Commerce platform, client service center platforms, Power BI, GA - Proficient
in Microsoft excel and equivalent digital analytics tools
- Fluent
in English and Korean
