As an Associate Brand Manager, you will support and develop the strategic planning and execution of integrated multichannel campaigns for promoted portfolio products in GSK Korea.

Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Support for marketing activities
- Support to develop strategical marketing plans for designated brands
- Take a lead of implementation tactical plans and ensure execution is in line with agreed timelines and budget
- Create contents and develop materials aligned with brand strategy along with copy approval support of promotional materials
- Develop tactics and training materials to communicate brand messages effectively and efficiently to customers
- Support for omnichannel marketing activities to improve efficiency in implementation
- Administrative work support as necessary
Market Data Research & Analytics
- Analyze and interpret market data from a range of sources (including primary and secondary market research)
- Analyze key performance indicators and financial reports for designated brands
Work with Field Force, Cross-functional Team, Agency
- Work effectively with field force to develop, implement and monitor strategies to achieve target
- Understand the interdependencies of cross-functional teams and ensure to have clear communication within the team and with all stakeholders, internal and external
Qualifications
- Bachelor¡¯s degree and 2+ year of commercial experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent verbal & written communication skill both in Korean & English
- High level of MS office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
