Objective of the Position :
As the Assistant HR Manager for Korea, you will look after the team of professionals

we have in our Korea office whose main task would be to work with the different beauty,

fashion and lifestyle brands from whom we source products.

Your main goal would be to focus on hiring and sourcing for candidates

when we expand the team, update personnel records and databases,

assist in updating company policies and ensure compliance,

and prepare HR analytics / reports.


Key Accountabilities :

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company¡¯s overall objectives.

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, identifying and onboarding
candidates.

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Develop and administer employee benefits programs, and provide information and support to
employees regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.

Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives and programs to increase employee engagement
and retention.

Assist in overseeing the performance management process, including goal setting and performance
evaluations.

 Assist in the administration of company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and
consistency.

Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, and
administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.

Collaborates with Finance on general administrative tasks or ad-hoc projects.


Profile requirements:

   - Minimum 4 years' experience with 2 years in HR Dept.

       Degree holder in HR Management of related disciplines

       Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

          Proven experience in Microsoft Office tools

          Proficiency in written and spoken Korean and English

          Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

          Proactive attitude

          Detail-oriented with good planning and organization skills
