직무 설명

The essence of the job is to generate meaningful acquisitions and grow our user base so that our great stories can meet more people globally.

More specifically:

• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across key acquisition channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat, with a focus on acquiring paying users and driving revenue growth.
• Regularly review and analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and implement improvements on areas such as campaign operations, creative assets, and user funnel optimization.
• Collaborate closely with designers and linguists to produce high-converting ad creatives. Test and iterate on new ad creatives weekly to ensure continuous improvement.

자격 요건

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Experience in the webcomics, entertainment, or gaming industries is a strong plus.
• A strong interest in social media, performance marketing, and growth strategies is essential.
• Demonstrates a strong analytical approach, using data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.
• Fluent in both English and Korean.
• Adept at working across different functions in a fast-paced start-up environment, as a natural cultural fit of Manta - refer to RIDI Code.

우대사항

• Previous experience working in IT startups, particularly in fast-paced and dynamic environments, and/or performance marketing agencies, is a strong advantage.

전형 절차

• 서류전형 > 면접전형  > 건강검진 > 입사
• 면접 절차는 2~4차로 진행되며, 포지션 별로 상세 안내 드리겠습니다.

수습 기간 안내

모든 신규입사자는 3개월간의 수습 기간이 있으며 수습 평가 결과에 따라 고용에 적합하지 않다고 판단될 경우, 수습 기간이 연장되거나 채용 취소가 될 수 있습니다.
