E-Retailer Management - Responsible for planning and executing E-retail marketing campaigns and promotions - Drive the business for E-retail & set up and implement sales targets - Regularly review current e-retailer business to optimize for E-retail business - Establish functional relationships with the Retailers¡¯ online team and maintain the thought-leadership position that brand has created for itself in the industry - Develop annual and quarterly strategies and initiatives to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Review site metrics and collaborate with Regional and third parties to meet e-commerce KPIs relating to traffic, conversion, and marketing ROI on activities. - Work collaboratively with the support team across brand, marketing, orders and customer care, planning, and logistics to ensure your customer needs are understood and that we achieve all objectives. - Liaise with the e-commerce team in APAC to align our online strategy with regional and global direction - Maintain accurate weekly and quarterly sales forecasts. - Liaise with the brand¡¯s Korea team to ensure consistent execution of our online strategy across our partners. - Managing agency relationships
2. Pre Order E/M-commerce - Support brands in achieving revenue targets brand markets. - Manage the rollout of the new E-commerce site and manage the existing site. - Build and maintain the calendar of partnership programs with E-Retailers - customizing our marketing programs in ways to leverage Retailers' strengths. - Educating the E-Retailers about our brands and digital initiatives to stay ahead of the pack.
