Qualifications

At least 7 years working experiences in HR

Deep Knowledge, understanding and experience on the issues of HR, Organization and Communication Good relationship with unions.

Extensive knowledge of labor standards acts and relevant regulations

Deep understanding on learning & Development

Deep understanding on payroll system

Bachelor's degree in Business administration, eductaion, Law or social science

Outstanding communicatino skills in Korean and English
