Design, Develop and Implement cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting on system basis for all phases of product development and manufacturing. Preparing diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and completes specifications and procedures for new products. Plans the labor, test schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
Developing and improving equipment control system for testing Support on the factory production floor as engineer with problem solving skill Knowledge sharing to production floor To develop fixtures and tooling for testing Developing production and characterization test specifications Working on cost reduction and cycle time reduction
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Control Engineering or related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to work in a fast-paced global team environment and cross functional teams Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Progressive self development Mutual Trust and Respect Ownership and Accountability
Friendly communicaiton skill with co-workers Understanding electrical schematic & PID control partcipation to Nano device & Semiconductor process/equipment Training experience programing language (Python, C/C++ etc)

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
