- Manage HR strategy and tactics implementation
- Align HQ HR strategy with BU and Korea territory level
- Execute management team’s decision under HR initiatives algin HQ HR strategy
- Develop HR service, system and work tool, managing HR target and cost
- Plan talent development and management
- Develop performance management and support performance improvement and compensation working closely with L&D. C&B
- Handle HR issues and matters
자격요건
- 4년제 대학 졸업자로 HR, 심리학, 경영학 관련 전공자 우대
- 유관경력 14~17년
- Fluent in English
