▷ Responsibilities
- Aware all the process for statutory compliance requirements & perform the same. Ensure 100% compliance for all statutory requirements related to factory act
- Performs repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment in compounding plant like Extruders, Blenders, Gear boxes, Pelletizers, Powder handling system, Material conveying system, packaging system, etc.
- Performs repair and maintenance of EHS key equipment like WWT, Dust collector, HEAF, Silo B/F, Boiler, etc.
- Manage engineering drawings, P&ID diagrams & can deal with CAD software
- Communicate tasks and projects with other functions in plant and sister plants in APAC
- Preventive Maintenance - Schedule & Execution of Preventive & predictive Maintenance system, review of maintenance plan and updating documents as per requirement of ISO, Safety management system, SAP etc.
- Maintains inventory of critical spare parts necessary to minimize equipment downtime and maximize asset utilization by corrective & proactive actions.
- Asset management in plant
- Follow site specific Environment, Health & Safety norms, must know LOTO/SOP/PSM/work permit system & process hazard identification & risk minimization techniques.
- Support initiatives like Environment, Health & Safety work order, audit, MOC, quality drive; support ISO 9001, 14001, OEE to achieve functional objectives
- Assist in developing new vender and Follow up with Contractor /service engineers and OEM for timely completion of jobs.
- Coordinate role of PnE project in plant
- Safety management for Contractor & Maintenance Outsourcing in plant
- Manage PM module in Fanar+ (SAP) system as Maintenance planner, Notification gatekeeper, MDRM user
- Manage energy cost like Water, LNG, steam consumption

▷ Qualifications 

- Minimum 5 – 10 years in maintenance area of compounding or similar process industries 

- Interested in technical matters and understand not only the product but relevant field 

- End user of SAP PM module 

- Project leading experience 

- Understanding and dealing engineering drawing with CAD software 

- Knowledge of extrusion and compounding process 

- Organizing and planning 

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

- Investigation and problem solving 

- Motivating others and stakeholders 

- Skills in office program like excel, power point and word 

- English for both verbal and written communication
