Senior Specialist, Consumer Experience, Retail Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Develop Omnichannel consumer experience strategic plan for the market in line with global principles and guide clusters/countries to ensure efficient implementation across Retail and WHS. Responsible for the deployment of global concepts and the optimization of all consumer touchpoints to elevate consumer impact. Coordinate and orchestrate one POV at market level across Channels for Retail physical spaces/environments. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage WHS Mono projects as a project manager and support teammates to develop Retail projects. Prepare a project package (business information, site survey, design and construction guide) to execute the store on time with the stakeholders. Manage quality control of production and inspect construction and fixture installation on the site. Drive the cascade of global retail concept guidelines to Country/Clusters related teams in long term retail design tools. Monitor local execution of retail design across channels and formats according to global concept guidelines. Drive compliance of local executions in clusters/countries in line with global guidelines in terms of the retail design Orchestrate and gather input from local team on current and future retail concepts and formats, digital and physical experience, Consumer Experience topics based on local customer/consumer and channel distribution needs. Close communication with Global Consumer Experience team for new concept launch. Manage all fixture installed in all stores for ordering, shipment, custom clearance, installation, payment settlement and defect report for both own retail and wholesale stores to ensure all global fit-out guidelines. Working knowledge of drafting software (AutoCAD, Sketchup, photoshop) Fluent spoken and written in Korea and English.
