- Lead and develop a local sales team and foster a strong performance culture.
- Develops the PT channel organization, the people and their skills to meet future requirements and success factors.
- Implement sales standards to ensure systematic go to market approach and high efficiency/sales performance
- Constantly identifies and develops talents for higher sales management
- Increase user shopping experience at retail & at target user journey touchpoints
- Responsible for steering, target setting, monitoring of KPIs and securing of agreed sales targets
- Strengthen the OnePI culture (externally and internally)

- English fluent (+ native speaker)
- Knowledge of local market environment desirable and local cultural fit
- °æ·Â 15-20³â : 5 years of leadership experience, >10 years of sales experience (depending on country maturity)
