[주요업무]

① IT Infra
- In-house server vs. virtual server (VM)
- Data back up
- Centralization of data/document management system; Google Workspace vs. Mircrosoft 365
- Development of in-house intranet/messenger app
- Wireless network management
② IT Security
- Building a firewall
- Anti-virus/Vaccine management
- Hardware IT security
③ IT Integration
- Sales dashboard: Real-time sales data through direct API connection from POS and online channels
- Logistics (inbound/outbound) OMS system and ERP integration
- Introduction of global electronic approval system outside of Dow Office --> Shortening and
upgrading the settlement period through development up to ERP approval
- Building CRM
④ IT Management
- Management and efficiency of tangible and intangible IT assets
- Purchase, management, and efficiency of software/licenses
⑤ Establishment of IT regulations
- Management of IT asset purchase process
⑥ Others
- IT investment/budgeting/fund management
- Personal Information Protection Act-related
- Support for related departments, Ecomm (own mall), CX, etc

Job Requirements

[자격조건]

- experience in ERP implementation and management (experience with SAP, Netsuite, Oracle,
Douzone, Younglimwon, etc.)
- over 10 years of experience in IT operations and management
- at least 1 year of experience in leading a team
- IT experience in startup industry (*IT experience in a business structure where online and
offline sales occur)
- experience setting up and building an initial IT organization
- the ability to diagnose phenomena and find solutions through smooth communication

[우대사항]

- undergraduate majoring in IT
- able to speak business English
- presentation and OA skills
- global experience in IT related fields
