• Oversees the overall design, development, and communication of planning activities that ensure market competitiveness and organizational excellence.
• Develops a planning model that supports the organization's mission and values based on an internal and external needs assessment.
• Oversees the monitoring of the external environment and identifies opportunities to fulfill the corporate strategy.
• Establishes priorities for planning activities across all commercial functions.
• Serves as strategic liaison for key organizational initiatives between region and Korea.
• Assesses current models of business operations and develops appropriate new models. Leads commercial policy development.

• Generally requires 10-12 years related experience of successful commercial management, such as marketing, sales and business development.
• Along with demonstrating management experience, the ideal candidate must have developed commercial strategy in previous experience.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all relevant stakeholders like customers, partners, suppliers and employees, driving collaboration across multiple functions, teams and geographies.
• Have demonstrated leadership experience in being able to inspire and motivate people to drive the business forward and achieve your goals.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for details
