[Job Description]
 Closely working with development, production, quality and the backend.
 Developing production processes
 Coming up with methods and processes to economically manufacture our products handing over qualified processes and control concepts to the production teams
 Procuring the necessary machinery and accompanying the processes up to volume production
 Performing root-cause analyses and defining sustainable corrective actions in the case of process deviations
 Improve stability, yield, reliability and production costs
 Develops & Delivers manufacturable process module for NPD
 Interface between production module/department, technology integration & quality engineering on daily routines.

[Requirements]
 Bachelor/ Master degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Apply or Pure Chemistry, Material Science, Applied Science.
 At least 8 years working and hands-on experience in wafer fab processes, and related equipment engineering.
 Experience in technology synchronization and process harmonization.
 Good knowledge in semiconductor unit processes, process integration, device physics and products will be of added advantage.
 Technology and or product transfer, qualification and high volume ramp-up know-how.
