Position : Designer (건축디자이너)
Report to : Construction & Equipment Manager
Department : Development
1. Key tasks of the Job
- Responsible for partnering with development, design, and construction teams to deliver the most effective and optimized restaurant layout for sustainable growth and accelerated deployment of Experience of the Future (EOTF) working closely with global design team.
- Support reimage project of existing restaurants and various type of new restaurants open.
- Propose architectural and interior material including cost estimation based on new Site analysis especially relating to construction laws
- Analyze cost trends and assess the ideal quantities
- Process improvement for construction and cost reduction initiatives
- Design review including site planning, kitchen layout, interior and exterior and EOTF
- Support and train consultants and contractors so that they can have balanced view between the local and global requirements.
- Fully utilize right sizing tool to develop right standard Drive thru stores, building footprint.
- Conduct regulatory and design reviews for architecture, mechanical systems, fire safety, and electrical systems, including permit management
- Development, Design and Construction 팀과 협력하여 운영에 효율적이고 지속가능한 레스토랑의 레이아웃 그리고 글로벌 디자인을 통한 Experience of the Future(EOTF)
- 에 적용될 신규 및 리이미지 매장 프로젝트 진행
신규 사이트 분석(건축 및 관련 법규 해석 및 적용), 건축 및 인테리어 머트리얼 제안 및 비용 분석
신규 사이트 레이아웃 계획, 주방의 배치, 내외부 디자인 EOTF 진행
한국 마켓과 글로벌 요청 사항을 올바르게 이해하기 위한 컨설턴트의 지원 및 교육 진행
Right sizing 도구를 활용하여 드라이브 스루 매장의 표준 레이아웃 정립하며 건물의 면적 및 장비 패키지를 조정하여 설계 진행
건축,설비,소방,전기 법규 및 설계 검토 / 인허가 관리
2. Specifics for the Job
1) Required Knowledge/skills, education, and experience:
Profound knowledge in architectural engineering
More than 5 years experience in architecture, interior design industry
2) Skills:
high level of construction law understanding, MS Office user, CAD user
3) English :
Fluent speaking skill preferred / High level of writing and reading is essential
