- Under the supervision of the Head of
Sales-KA, build the joint business plan with the customers.
- Builds a retailer specific development
plan, and a compelling story to get retailer buying in
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly
business reviews for assigned key accounts.
- On a weekly basis, plan, do, check, action
for any variances to the aligned objectives and reasons for not missing
any opportunities.
- Build a deep customer intelligence and
strong network with key stakeholders at the main customers
- Drive effective negotiations with KA
partners especially for the largest account to achieve both short/long
term business goals of company and the customers
- Collaborate and work closely for smooth
big order schedule with other functions like logistics, CS and customers¡¯
warehouse
- Maintain effective working relationship
with corporate functions within company on major decisions which effect
the global accounts
[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç]
- At least 10 years of Key Account
experience within consumer industries.
- Experience and demonstrated track record
of performance and results.
- Reliable experience in Medical Device
company, Health Care, FMCG, OTC, and/or Cosmetics industry.
- Strong Key account management experience
particularly in managing of large customers with multi-departmental
stakeholders.
- Experience of category management and
category growth initiatives and retail optical experience an advantage
