Main Purpose of the Job Grow the total alcohol and beer category sales leveraging focused research, established best practices and the cultivation of new initiatives through retailer partnership and thought leadership. Develop insights based on macro, retailer, and shopper trends. Combine these insights with the retailer¡¯s and ABI¡¯s category strategies to identify logical and executional tactics: assortment, shelf flow, planogram. Develop the link from strategy to execution. Measure and share the tactics across the retailer and ABI to monitor and improve performance. 2. This should allow ABI to pilot and implement innovative initiatives that grow ABI and the total alcohol & beer category.
