bachelor's degree in HR or related field. - +10
years of experience in HR general and 3 years of preference as HRBP, working in
a global matrix environment. -
Proven success in driving HR topics including employee engagement, employee
relationships, talent management, and talent acquisition. -
Strategic way of thinking with the ability to partner with key stakeholders in
the business while also leading them from an operational perspective. -
Powerful communication skill with the ability to influence and interact with
management at all levels and is very good at managing changes and delivering
messages to all levels. -
Proven experience working in complex, commercial organizational and/or
consulting roles that require detail oriented, sound judgment and strong
analytical skills. - High
proficiency in data analytics with Workday
