- Working closely with each business leader in supporting design, development and deployment through a deep understanding of the business, working internally with other HR teams in talent acquisition, talent management, rewards and benefits to deliver HR initiatives in line with their overall workforce strategy.
- Create strong partnerships with business leaders and global stakeholders to develop team members, and provide advice, guidance, and ad hoc training on embracing the full spectrum of HR processes.
- Work with business leaders to build and deploy systems to identify high-potential employees and develop career paths by considering key roles for succession planning and self-development.
- Challenge the status quo and act as a leader in change in response to a dynamic business environment.
- Ensure compliance with all employment and international mobility.
- Lead the entire cycle of employee engagement activities using annual global survey reports.
- Adhering to all local labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices, while also aligning with the global HR framework.

- A bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

- +10 years of experience in HR general and 3 years of preference as HRBP, working in a global matrix environment.

- Proven success in driving HR topics including employee engagement, employee relationships, talent management, and talent acquisition.

- Strategic way of thinking with the ability to partner with key stakeholders in the business while also leading them from an operational perspective.

- Powerful communication skill with the ability to influence and interact with management at all levels and is very good at managing changes and delivering messages to all levels.

- Proven experience working in complex, commercial organizational and/or consulting roles that require detail oriented, sound judgment and strong analytical skills.

- High proficiency in data analytics with Workday

- Excellent Communication Skills – Korean & English
