Job Title: 3CE DMI – Content Video Specialist WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Are you a highly creative and passionate videographer with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the 3CE brand? If so, this might be your perfect role! 3CE DMI Content Studio team is seeking a talented and motivated professional Videographer. This role will be instrumental in bringing our brand vision to life through captivating video content that resonates with our target audience. A DAY IN THE LIFE: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms (e.g., social media, website, e-commerce, in-store displays). Partner closely with the C&C team to understand content needs and translate them into engaging video narratives. Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, on-location and studio shoots, lighting, sound, and post-production editing. Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and ensure all video content aligns with 3CE brand guidelines. Stay informed about the latest video production techniques, trends, and technologies. Collaborate effectively with team members and demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude. WHO YOU ARE: Education: Diploma/AAS degree or Bachelor’s degree Years of experience: min. 3~6 years of experience in video/graphic content editing Specific Career Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing your videography and editing skills, focusing on beauty and/or fashion content. Expertise in using professional video cameras, lighting equipment, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects). A deep understanding of video formats, codecs, and post-production workflows. The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. A passion for the beauty industry and a strong understanding of the 3CE brand.
