Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for developing, executing and evaluating counter activity plans to achieve sales target and providing various reports to sales division. This position also takes a role of a liaison between other departments (retail, IT, marketing and supply chains) and counters.        

Key Responsibilities:

[Store Administration]

• Ensure and monitor all operational procedures regarding sales, returns, transfers, stock adjustments, and all policies are well followed
• Support on administrative tasks (Purchase Request creations, Purchase Order preparation, utility bill closing, Beaty Advisors' uniform & shoes order, etc)
• Sample/Tester management for Local POS
• Monitor merchandise flows, incident management, operation requests from the stores, and exceptions

[Store Operation]

• IT System & Issue Reporting (iPad, iPhone for boutique staff: implementation, maintenance, and support)

[Office Support]

• Arrange and prepare for the materials for team meeting, workshop, field market visit, and regular meeting with counter managers, etc.

Person Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualifications 

• University Degree

Work Experience

• Approximately 3 months – 5 years’ experience in retail operation

• Financial acumen with strong accounting knowledge and basic marketing knowledge

[스토어 관리]

• 판매, 반품, 이송, 재고 조정 및 모든 정책과 관련된 모든 운영 절차를 준수하고 모니터링
• 행정 업무 지원 (구매 요청 생성, 구매 주문 준비, 공과금 정산, 뷰티 어드바이저 유니폼 및 신발 주문 등)
• 로컬 POS 샘플/테스터 관리
• 상품 흐름 모니터링, 사건 관리, 매장의 운영 요청 및 예외 사항 관리

[스토어 운영]

• IT 시스템 및 문제 보고 (부티크 직원의 iPad, iPhone 도입, 유지 보수 및 지원)

[사무 지원]

• 팀 회의, 워크숍, 현장 시장 방문 및 카운터 매니저와의 정기 회의를 위한 자료 준비 및 정리

학력 / 전문 자격

• 대학 학위

경력

• 리테일 운영 관련 3개월 ~ 5년 경험
