The company is seeking a full-time professional with deep technical expertise in film coating, extensive product development experience, and strong project management skills to:

- Develop fit-for-purpose coating formulations for PET film as an image transfer medium in the textile industry, utilizing various printing methods, including (but not limited to) screen, offset, inkjet, and indigo printers.

- Lead the expansion of the PET film-based product portfolio.

Work Experience:

- Proven track record in PET film coating formulation development with commercial success.

- Experience in new product development.

- Hands-on experience in film coating operations is preferred.

Degree and Technical Skills:

- Industrial chemist with a degree in chemical engineering or a closely related field.

- Deep understanding of polymers, coatings, inks, printing technologies, aqueous and solvent systems.

- Experience in industrial polymerization.

- Expertise in formulating and curing surface coatings.

- Ability to combine pigments, binders, and drying agents to produce surface coatings.

- Knowledge of printed image release mechanisms using silicone and other materials, and print-receptive coatings.
