[담당업무]

- System Design and Integration: Design, implement, and optimize hardware systems to support smart port operations, including gate and STS automation, IoT devices, sensors, and networks. Work closely with software engineers to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.

- System Implementation: Lead on-site installations in collaboration with partner companies, configuring and calibrating AI-based OCR/LPR and IoT systems to ensure all components are operating correctly.

- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide both on-site and remote technical support during system installation and post-deployment, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including installation reports, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides for hardware system

- Vendor Management: Supervise and manage hardware vendors, which includes work orders and management, providing guidance and constructive performance assessment.

[자격요건]

- Technical Skills:
o Strong knowledge of the characteristics of cameras installed in real environments
o Proficiency in configuring AI based OCR and IOT systems.
o Knowledge of the automatic control such as Relay/DIO.
o Knowledge for integration with IOT sensor such as RFID, Radar
o Understanding of network infrastructure, protocols (TCP/IP), and system integration.
o Ability to troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues of power and network

- Experience:
o 6+ years of experience in system implementation, installation, and support, preferably in smart port solution.
o Proven experience in design and leading projects related to Smart Port solution such as Gate automation systems or IOT project

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Language Skills:
o Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.

- Additional Requirements:
o Willingness to travel frequently for on-site installations.
o Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

[우대사항]
- Experience in terminal operations or Smart port project
- Experience and Familiarity with IoT devices and automatic controls solution.
- Knowledge of control protocol such as OPCUA/Modbus
