▣ Overview
With your shipbuilding PLM development and project management experience, along with your marine industry knowledge, you are responsible for supporting the ongoing technical development of new marine PLM solutions.
- Collecting and communicating the expected PLM solution functionalities by the clients to Product Portfolio and Product Development organizations
- Testing on behalf of the clients the features before release
- Supporting the client on any of its technical requests

조선 PLM 개발 및 프로젝트 관리 경험과 해양 산업 지식을 바탕으로 새로운 해양 PLM 솔루션의 지속적인 기술 개발을 지원하는 역할을 담당하게 됩니다. 이 역할은 다음과 같은 업무를 포함합니다
- 고객이 기대하는 PLM 솔루션 기능을 수집하여 제품 포트폴리오 및 제품 개발 조직에 전달
- 출시 전 기능 테스트
- 고객의 기술적 요청을 지원

▣ Responsibility
- Design the system architecture required for the next-generation shipbuilding platform promoted by Korean shipyards and apply it to Company’s solutions
- Contribute to the development and update of product functions through a clear communication of the product requirements with the Product Development and the Product Portfolio teams
- Provide Technical Support (including training, implementation and consulting
- Support customization and integration of solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Contribute to the planning, creation, organising and execution of Proof of Capability presentations and demonstrations to customers that “prove and confirm” the value of our technical solution to their specific needs/problems.
- Contribute to the preparation and presentation of technical proposals to solve specific customer needs/problems.
- Test new features and release well-organized material regularly.
- Conduct customer technical workshops on newly released features of PLM solution for marine
- Contribute to the preparation and presentation of technical proposals to solve specific customer needs/problems.
- Lead activities to solve the customer issues between customers and Products Development / Strategy team.
- Any ad-hoc duties required.

[자격요건]

경력사항: 경력(10년 이상 )
학력사항: 대학교(4년)졸업
직무기술: Marine Technical support , 해양 PLM 수석 기술 지원
