Arches, Asia¡¯s leading knowledge sharing service provider, has over 250 partners, 80,000 experts, and over 10,000 interviews. It plans to double its headcount by 2024 to support global expansion.


ROLE OVERVIEW

The Expert Matching Associate will be responsible for identifying, communicating, and connecting with experts who fit the client¡¯s project brief. This position requires excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to find experts through a variety of channels. The main goal is to provide valuable insights to the client through expert interviews and research.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

Desk Research - We conduct research to understand the client's project content and find suitable expert profiles.

Expert Scouting - We use Arches' network of experts and a variety of channels, including LinkedIn and recruiting platforms, to find the best experts for each project.

Expert Contact - Reach out to experts via phone, email, LinkedIn, etc. to explore their experience and breadth of knowledge and connect with your customers.

Expert Matching - We support smooth interviews between customers and experts.


WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT

・Business-level Korean and English skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse professionals in the APAC region.

・1-3 years of work experience in recruitment, business development, research or related field.

・Growth mindset that pursues continuous learning and self-development.

・Strategic prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.

・Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all output is professional and of high quality.

・Autonomy and initiative to independently carry out projects and exercise responsibility.

・Critical thinking skills including problem solving, business analysis, and research expertise.


WHAT YOU ARE REQUIRED

Training period: Working in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam – You can learn the job and build bonds with your team members.

After the training period ends: Hybrid work in Vietnam and Korea.

Overseas relocation support: Provision of flights to Vietnam, visa and work permit, and accommodation support.
