- Process Filtration Team Manager (Team Leader)


2. Position Summary 

Responsible for leading the Process platform of Division meeting objectives as identified by the Division¡¯s Strategic Positioning and Corporation¡¯s Win Strategy. Develop world-class organization through the use of documented standard processes and a team of empowered employees to continuously meet customer expectations. Should lead continuous growth and lead people and obtain results thorough knowledge of Strategic Perspective around growth, management and marketing principles, industry practices, company and competitor products, technology, and service capabilities by developing division strategic positioning.



3. Essential Functions:

- To lead profitable business growth for Process filtration platform consistently. 

   Works with team members, sales teamscurrent and potential customers to promote products and services.

- To support  sales teams to engage and lead new business opportunities.

- Establishes and maintains premier customer experience.

- Establishes daily run the business to achieve growth and profitability targets.

- Establishes and executes regular cadence call with sales teams to engage opportunity progress and forecast accuracy.

- Accountable for driving business decision making process.

- Drive and achieve aggressive profitability and growth targets.

- Leads Process platform Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Engineering, Application Engineering and Technical Support Group to ensure operational efficiency and customer experiences.

- Provides Training, Application and Technical support to sales teams, distributors and customers.

- Provides leadership by promoting team concepts, coaching, counseling, retaining, mentoring, training, talent management, and individual development.

- Drives a culture of accountability and results through strategy deployment and effective performance management.

- Maintains familiarity with competitive environment within geographical area of responsibility.

- Develop strategy for Process filtration platform and execute Strategic Positioning for platform

Lead Process Filtration team to execute short and long-term strategy



4. Qualifications

- Bachelor`s degree in a technical or business discipline.

- Must have 10+ years experience at Production, Supply Chain, Quality or Business Development in Biopharmaceutical and Pharmaceutical industries.

- Excellent knowledge of management, industry practices, processes, applications, products and technologies.

- Ability to lead people and obtain results through others typically acquired through ten or more years of increasing experience and responsibility including prior leadership and/or program management role.

- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities using effective problem solving / resolution skills and a team focus.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively and persuasively present information to top management, customers, and team members.

- Cross-functional management and decisions required, Great people management and conflict resolution skills, great problem-solving skills, and self driven, action and result oriented
