closely with the regional People & Talent team on regional initiatives ¡¤
Align
and apply changes global & regional people related initiatives to North
Asia
Talent
Acquisition •
Work
closely with our TA team and our North Asia MD on workforce planning and
organizational development for North Asia •
Develop
tactical talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans, assist in workforce
planning and forecast for North Asia •
Hands
on recruitment activities •
Lead
employment branding initiatives •
Take
steps to ensure positive candidate experience •
Assist
in employee retention and development HR
Operation deliveries oversight ¡¤
All
round HR operation oversight for both our Korea + Japan office ¡¤
HR
policies update, formulation, and communication Employment
Engagement & Management •
Collaborate
with regional people team and North Asia MD to identify touch points and
enhance employee experience •
Analyse
training & development needs and implement initiatives, leverage on global
& regional training initiatives while developing in-market training plan •
Gather
and analyze data with useful HR metrics •
Manage
the performance review process •
Work
closely with the rest of the regional and global people team to localise,
align, and implement activities related to Impact and DE&I •
Drive
employee engagement and retention activities in partnership with regional
People & Talent Team
