*Position summary:
-Implement collective bargaining / salary negotiation with labor unions
-Development and implementation of local C&B policy
-Retirement pension management
-Global and Regional reporting
*Main Tasks:
Negotiation/collective bargaining
- Participate / facilitate the collective bargaining and lead working level negotiation table
- Set up the countermeasures for collective bargaining and salary bargaining
- Consult and coordination of various labor issues among sites and labor unions
- Collect and analyze labor related information data of chemical industry peers
- Communicate with labor unions regarding labor data
- Operate Exempt labor management council and consult & review labor management council in sites
Personnel cost and benefit data simulation
HR business partnering on labor management
- Consulting on labor law issues to local management / employee representatives
- implement labor related sue if required
- Collect and coordinate the company-wide labor issues and requirement from each site and union
- Benchmarking excellent HR development companies
Local Compensation & Benefit policy
- C&B data to support company labor strategy as well as collective bargaining according to company guideline.
*Education/Qualifications required:
-Bachelor¡¯s degree (Law, Business and Public administration)
-labor attorney certification mandatory
-Good English skills to speak and write and Native level of Korean
