[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] O Labor Union - Collective bargaining agreement between the employer and labor union. - Serves as communications link with bargaining unit representatives (stewards/committees) and individual employees to anticipate potential problems and improve understanding of the organizations position - Analyze, diagnose, design, and revise Human resources programs, policies, and practices to sustain positive employee relations - Lead or consult with human business partners and legal on complex employee investigations and building level employee relations issues - Design and conduct multiple positive Union relations trainings and communications - Interprets the labor organization¡¯s viewpoint for management team. - Identifies chronic labor relations problem areas and recommends solutions - Participates in major labor union negotiations - Advises managers on how to handle specific situations (e.g discipline, work practices changes) and on their implication in terms of labor agreement - Employee relations with brands/ HR team. Partner with HRBPs and HR teams to create and sustain positive employee relations programs and best practices - Manage compliance matters and provide advices to the management and HR team - Take ownership, play a supporting role in significant ER projects - Develop an understanding of the employee engagement and support the delivery of initiatives designed to achieve engagement targets which are aligned to Company's philosophy. - Partner to engage in continuous improvement of communication practices - Define, Develop the existing arrangements for collective consultation and communication as required for the ongoing evolution of the business, in compliance with Korea labor Law and Company ER policies (Albam, BC sharing etc)
O Others - Provide training on ER matters for managers, HR teams and associate forum representatives. - Participate in national and international projects. - Employment management for disabled.
