¾Æ·¡ ¾÷¹« ¼³¸í°ú ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°ÇÀ» È®ÀÎÇÏ½Ã°í ¸¹Àº Áö¿øÇØ ÁÖ¼¼¿ä.

MAIN PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for Boutique Staff Recruitment, People Engagement Projects, Personnel Data Management, and routine HR Operational & Administrative jobs, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Recruiting Boutique Staffs:
- Handle overall recruitment process such as resume screening, 1st interview, 2nd interview, final interview, and remuneration offer communication with candidates for boutique sales positions
- Collect and file hiring-related documentation such as candidate summary, salary proposal, referral program, and pre-employment screening for boutique positions
- Follow up on post-hiring process & administration such as preparing Employee Agreement, Personnel Announcement, and Probationary review for boutique positions
- Manage recruiting activities for boutique positions such as campus recruiting

2. Compensation and Benefits:
- Check staff cost quarterly and validate the discrepancy from the previous version (LE) and any variance between the budgeted and actual staff cost, and provide other supplementary data on staff cost under the supervision of the HR manager
- Validate incentive data for boutique staff and deliver to the payroll team monthly
- Validate boutique staff¡¯s payroll and various compensation information
- Support regular reviews for Job ranking, Salary increases, and Bonus
- Follow up on Veteran¡¯s gift for company staff
- Support Long Service Award and company Conference yearly

3. Personnel Information & HR Data Management:
- Check and file all employment documents in accordance with company policies
- Collect termination letters and maintain exit interview data
- Manage and check on/off-boarding/transfer/position change schedules and personnel or organizational changes in SAP with the HR Operations team
- Register new vendor accounts and create purchase order requests in SAP
- Monitor and maintain SAP data and supporting documentation for leaves of boutique staff
- Manage and support boutique attendance system (Kronos) for boutique staff
- Manage HC Report and deliver it to the Finance team monthly
- Support and maintain career committee¡¯s data

4. HR Projects for Boutique Employees:
- Support HR projects related to boutique staff in line with the plan (Group/Region project and Local project)
- Arrange and execute HR Happy Hour and HR Training for boutique staff
- Handle and answer any requests or inquiries from boutique staff

- Advanced MS Office skills

- High level of energy and dynamics

- Ability to deal with ambiguity

- Integrity in dealing with confidentiality

- Resilience

- Background in the luxury industry is a plus

- SAP experience preferred
