Key tasks of the Job:
- Assigned as technical management role in the implementation of digital product and service delivery process, methodologies, standards and guidelines.
- Facilitates continuous digital product and service delivery process improvement to maximize business value of technology investments.
- Translate internal and external stakeholder needs into digital service and technical requirements for digital and mobile initiatives.
- Perform project management to include monitoring of project progress schedules and contracts.
- Communicate efficiently with internal stakeholders on program opportunities, progress and results.
Specifics for the Job:
(a) Required knowledge, education, and experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in digital/mobile product and service with demonstrated ability to manage and complete complex product development projects on schedule
- Knowledge and experience in IT and market trends
(b) Skills:
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment and have a strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Must have demonstrated good customer focus, both with internal and external groups
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
(c) English:
- Fluent verbal, presentation and written communication skills in both Korean and English
