Position Summary

Reporting to the Team Leader of Loyalty Operations, the Loyalty Operations Coordinator is responsible for all Loyalty operations including but not limited to counter operations, member sign ups, redemption of rewards/reward products, and casino promotions.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Works campaign and events team on upcoming events and promotions. 

  • All Loyalty operation day to day operations

  • Maintains redemption inventory and reconciliation of all the items

  • Work with BD team on redemption, new player sign ups.

  • New member sign up and promotions

  • Assist members in Kiosk usage.

  • Assist members in loyalty program and benefits.

  • Redemption of offers, products and promotions for qualified members

  • Verify members are foreigner or Nationals that have foreign documents

  • Assist C&E on all events and promotions related to casino  

  • Be resourceful to obtain property information and ensure consistent and accurate messaging to all customers

  • Ensure all SOPs and process flows are observed

  • Maintain excellent working relationships with peers of all departments

  • Control casino entry to ensure only eligible guests are admitted.

Minimum Education and Qualifications

  • A bachelor¡¯s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or other related fields preferred

  • 1+ years of professional experience Casino loyalty operations a plus

  • Experience in Resort &/or Casino Loyalty operations is a plus

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • General knowledge of Casino Management Systems, Hotel Reservations, and Contact Centre software platforms a plus, but not required

  • Strong user of Microsoft Office Products

  • Ability to work independently

  • Desired Characteristics: Great communicator, Self-motivated, Inter-personal & proactive to build positive relationships and linkages to internal departments and external groups.  100% customer driven providing all guests with 5-star service; impeccable ability to handle and positively resolve customer complaints.

  • Excellent Korean and English written and communication skills. 

  • Knowledge of Japanese and/or Chinese highly recommended

  • Although not essential, experience in the Gaming & Hospitality industry highly advantageous

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

  • Attention to detail, organized and plans his/her time accordingly to ensure deadlines are hit

  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
