I. Media & PR
- Implement & adapt BRAND¡¯S Media & PR strategy in Korea
- Korea Local Media & PR budgets management as setting the media plan
- Work with the brand Media agency: brief, budget set up and follow up, strategy and planning Offline & online, buying negotiations, plan activation, tracking and optimization of campaign performances
- Contents development: co-working with titles to make efficient tie-ups including pictorial & Advertorial
- Manage Digital Media development in the country
- Social budgets & actions follow up with dedicated teams
- Develop advertising materials and trace the delivery
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key national press & influencers
- Coordination with HQ to collect and communicate the assets
- Distribution of corporate assets such as press kits and press releases
- Organize press & institutional events
- Planning & Pitching Press Release
- Organizing Press trip to WW level for JW launching & HJ Event
- Searching for the opportunity of celebrity dressing & PPL
- Media & PR analysis & reporting including competitive
- Support Brand Ambassador actions
- Select the right agency, especially for the un-occasion action
- Communicate necessary information about Media & PR exposure to the boutiques
- Yearly local communication planning and execution, co-work with APAC and HQ Communication team

II. social media
- Manage local Social agencies
- Social budget management including paid activation
- Adapt and create local content in collaboration with HQ communication team
- Social Competitive analysis & reporting including GA

III. Event
- Adapt HQ guidelines and build a local Event plan to support and accelerate local business
- Lead this local Event activity, monitor the ROI of each action, and share monthly reports with HQ 360 teams: events, pop-ups, commercial or visibility actions with business partners, CRM actions
- Share with the HQ Trade Marketing Project Manager, local needs and suggest relevant tools or actions
- Lead the coordination with selected and relevant vendors, agencies, and third parties to implement local actions successfully
- Negotiate and finalize the contract details for the related activities. Ensure all activities comply with company policy and SOP
- Ensure to post-event report to HQ/ APAC
- Ensure and share with HQ a continuous competitive analysis and reporting on new/ existing event actions
- Guide and monitor the team to execute event activities from A to Z plus ROI monitoring to make sure the implementation is properly and in line with HQ guidelines
- Define the yearly budget and budget plan with related actions, including pop up plans
- Monitor the expenses according to the Company guidelines

IV. CRM & Customer Experience
- Monitor customers¡¯ KPIS and elaborate & implement specific action plans to accelerate recruitment
- Adapt and build specific actions according to local needs and share with HQ CRM
- Be actively part of the construction and implementation of the clienteling project
- CRM & customer experience competitive analysis and reporting to HQ CRM
- Organizing Gift to induce revisiting & purchasing of the clients
- Plan the clients¡¯ contact method to deliver the brand news including novelties

V. VM
- VM budget management including paid activation
- Managing Creativity setting including material order & Disposal
- Distribution of VM guidelines to the boutique level to maintain the neat condition

VI. ETC
- Editorial material Management: Translation management to deliver brand code and emotion with appropriate language / Budget control
- Homepage creation Management: HP creation request for the necessary info. and updated look
- Support POSM action.

- Degree holder

- strong communication skills needed in both MEDIA & PR

- Recognized key player within Korea with 10+ years of significant experience working in a multinational group combined with experience in event communication management/public affairs/trade association, strong social network

- Good command of written and spoken English

- Strong business acumen

- Result oriented, organized

- Strong digital skills (e-advertising, social)

- Result-oriented working style; making and driving things happen to acquire setting goals

- Sophisticated communication skills to handle different stakeholders to get satisfaction and win-win results

- Able to monitor the vendors to follow the process

- Strong project management abilities: managing, communicating, timelines, defining clear objectives, and delivering key insights

- Excellent people and communication skills to effectively deal with personnel at all levels

- Flexibility and be able to work under pressure and handle uncertainty

- Mature and proactive with good communication & interpersonal skills.
