Finance planning assistant Manager

- Complete business planning and various financial updates in strong collaboration with the commercial teams.
- Timely and effective analysis, to drive business, make recovery plans, control and allocate investments and expenses, all with the objective to achieve the business objectives.
- Liaise closely with the regional finance team in areas of financial planning, updates, process standardization & implementation of guidelines.
- Closely monitor all financial metrics for the market and highlight risks and opportunities on a timely manner, being closely connected with BUD / Sales Director / Local Leadership Team / Reg Finance Lead.
¡¼ Áö¿øÀÚ°Ý ¡½
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.
- Minimum 7 years total finance professional experience with minimum 5 years in FP&A.
- Ability to bring clarity to complex business issues and deliver success in managing complex projects & processes in a timely manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with ability to confidently present complex information to all levels of the organization
- Strong collaboration, people management, resilience, influencing & change management skills
- Finance/Accounting Professional certificates or Master¡¯s degrees in the relevant areas.
