- Develop compensation strategy including variable pay scheme review to ensure pay for performance and market competitiveness.
- Support annual salary review processes, bonus plan design and execution.
- Utilize Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for data management and reporting & analytical tasks.
- Collaborate with the finance department for budget management and cost analysis.
- Support and operate packages for the oversea expatriates.
- Update HR policies and procedures to comply with regulatory requirements and respond to legislative changes.
[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç] - Minimum 7 years of experience in similar role (Working experience in luxury retail industry is an advantage) - Bachelor¡¯s degree in human resources management or related field (preferred) - Fluent in English - Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel - Strong analytical skills with a good sense for numbers
