[SUMMARY]
- Carrying out overall organizational and Human Resources + General Affairs matters for office and store members on a tactical and operation level
- Acting as a true business partner in order to drive the HR strategy through all HR fields such as organization development, recruitment, talent management, L&D (Learning & Development), C&B, engagement survey, employee relations, and labor management
[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Responsible for overall HR/GA in advising and building organization designs that meet business strategy, facilitate the growth of the company culture
- Provide leadership and guidance to the managers, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's goals and values
- Lead organization development, facilitate growth of company culture and maintain positive employee relations
- Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies for office and store staffs to ensure that the organization has the right talent to meet its current and future needs
- Performance review management with goal setting, Facilitates effective performance management process
- Manage and develop C&B (Compensation & Benefits) Strategy - Merit, Promotion, Medical check up, Employee discount etc.
- Plan, monitor, and report headcount and personnel expenses & GA budget
- Implement Employee Engagement survey, action plan follow up
- Provide advice and cooperate with HQ HR and Korea Shared HR team regarding ER, HR policies/guidelines and C&B planning
- In charge of submitting relevant HR reports/analysis to management and HQ, both on monthly and on ad hoc basis
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Office Management (facility, security, work environment, supplies)
- Manage Lease Contract documentation
[REQUIREMENTS]
- 10+ years' HRGA or related experience including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, C&B and ER
- 2+ years¡¯ leadership or people management position experience
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives
- Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution, with the ability to address and resolve a wide range of HR-related issues in a fair and effective manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, as well as with external stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in both English and Korean
- Able to adapt to environmental changes and varying needs with flexibility
- Experience in retail industries is mandatory
