[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] The role • Process support requests from prospects and customers who are developers using our QA tools • Provide optimal coding solutions for customers • Work closely with customers and help them to achieve their goals • Work on several supported platforms • Reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to internal tools • Develop and provide solutions for bugs found by customers • Provide technical support via email and, in some cases, virtual meetings • Work with various other departments to help bring visibility to the customers needs • Create new and translate existing technical content into Korean to support our onboarding offering
About You: • Bachelor¡¯s degree in computer science or equivalent • Strong scripting language experience such as Python, JavaScript, Perl, or others • Experience with GitHub, GitLab, or other version control systems • Experience with shell scripts (Bash or others) and Unix command line. • Experience with batch scripts (".bat" files) and Windows command (including PowerShell) line • Experience with automated GUI testing (via Squish, QTP, QC, AutoHotkey, or others) is an advantage
