To achieve sales & sell-through objectives for the business at country level.
To propose and implement adequate commercial actions to increase the business.
To act as a coordinator between Boutique Managers, Manging Director and respective department in HQ.
To formulate and coordinate launching plans and follow-up strategies for the business.
To organize and manage adequate assortment and transfer.
To develop knowledge of the markets, gather and provide marketing information on sales, products, prices, consumer behavior, customer needs, trends, competition.
To organize and conduct the products trainings and find new initiatives to animate the stores community.


[ ÀÚ°ÝÁ¶°Ç ]

At least 5 years extensive experience in merchandising focused in Women Universe & luxury retail.
Good analytical and organizational skills,
Creative thinking skills :Open-mindedness, flexibility of perspective and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to communicate, convince in writing and verbal.
Good leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop team.
Professional presentation skill.
Open, modern, curious, communicative, action-oriented.
