[ ´ã´ç ¾÷¹« ]
• Build and leverage product management skillsets to manage the existing product portfolio of instruments and accessories, advanced technology including advanced energy, stapling, fluorescence imaging and single-site technology 
• Develop a deep understanding of the surgical treatments for applicable indications, including monitoring and consuming clinical literature, attending medical society meetings, engaging with physician key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Develop the business justification for new products and features by working with customers and company stakeholders.  
• Lead new product commercialization through cooperative work with global marketing, field sales and cross-functional teams and maintain a front-line presence for the customer experience, assisting sales with critical troubleshooting and raising trending product performance issues


[ ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç ]
• Bachelor¡¯s degree required. 
• Minimum 5 years in a medical device marketing role and 10+ years experience in product management, marketing, engineering, sales, or business development.
• Presentation skills to internal & external stakeholders
• Excellent teamwork skills with proven ability to manage indirectly across multiple disciplines to ensure product success and ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
