- Lead Korea C&B processes and projects such as annual Individual Compensation Review (ICR), Benefits renewal and Benefit improvement activities, which involves market benchmark analysis, budgeting, process design and employee communications.
- Review and collaborate with HR business partners to scope out, document and improve C&B policies and processes
- Supervise all payroll and benefit administrations for the company, covering 3 brands/entities including review of their work done from outsourcing agency.
- Review all monthly/quarterly/yearly reports for all brands of all locations to be submitted to HQs.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in payroll processing, benefit administration and statutory reporting
- With at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
