Key tasks of the Job:
- Manage McDonald's internal and external digital services, including delivery and e-commerce day to day operations
- Track, monitor and analyze digital service performance to gain actionable insights
- Optimize internal processes by identifying improvement areas, analyzing key service metrics and customer data to enhance operational efficiency
- Closely collaborate with external partners and internal departments as part of a cross functional team to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives(Restaurant Operations, Finance, Legal)
- Strengthen collaboration with major external partners to support seamless integration, improve customer experience, and minimize issues through targeted improvements.
Specifics the Job:
a) Required knowledge, education, and experience:
- A bachelor's degree with 5 to 8 years of total work experience
- Strong experience or high understanding of delivery, commerce and F&B industries
- Experience in digital service operations, data analysis and application
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholder
b) Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT)
- Strong data driven mindset and experience in solving business challenges based on data insights
c)English: English proficiency preferred
