[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] O Support for customers 1) Support for a specified customer as a central contact for customer and Gentex internally, in quality-related issues. Participate in customer calls for the purpose of discussing the quality situation and, with that, related contexts. 2) Plan, prepare, and conduct visits to the customer. 3) Receive and process quality questions, quality problems, as well as customer wishes and customer needs in quality. In addition, collaborate in working out the tasks resulting from these in cooperation with the appropriate departments. 4) Carry out fault analyses with Gentex at 0-km and field failures, evaluate the results, and collaborate in deciding whether the fault was that of the customer or Gentex. 5) Support change management at Gentex plants and PPAP submission to Korean customers.
O Evaluate and analyze 1) Carry out, analyze, and interpret general and quality-relevant statistical evaluations such as Customer Line Return and Warranty. Create reports and information for internal and external sites. 2) Monitor the customer portals; analyze and monitor the quality situation. Interpret / analyze data; support the management of these actions. 3) Support administration of 1st level return part analysis.
O Escalation / reporting 1) Step in and support when escalations occur. 2) Ensure that the management of areas and companies, as well as quality management, are reported to and well-informed.
