Service/Sales Operation intern

Job Description

Your role:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and quotes.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, forecasting demand, and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Support supply chain coordination by tracking shipments, monitoring delivery schedules, and addressing any potential issues.
  • Assist in analyzing sales and inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Help maintain and update product information, pricing, and availability in the company's systems.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to gather insights and contribute to process improvements.
  • Aid in maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, orders, and supply chain activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales operations and supply chain teams as needed.


You're the right fit if:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, inventory management, or supply chain concepts is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a willingness to contribute creative ideas.
  • You are available for whole 6 months from January 2025 to June 2025.
